These Terms govern your access to and use of adaivo.ai. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms do not govern separate Adaivo products. Separate Adaivo products, app stores, and third-party services may have their own terms.

Website Purpose

This website is a corporate information and business-inquiry website. It does not create user accounts, sell products, accept orders, or provide subscriptions.

Product Information

Descriptions, demonstrations, screenshots, concept imagery, previews, plans, and links are general information. This information does not promise a release date, availability, price, inventory, performance, or continuing feature set.

Adaivo may update or remove website content without promising uninterrupted availability.

Music Preview

You may listen to the website music preview for personal, non-commercial evaluation through the provided player.

These Terms do not grant a right to download, copy, extract, redistribute, modify, synchronize, publicly perform, sell, license, or commercially use the preview or its recording unless Adaivo separately authorizes that use in writing or applicable law permits it.

Market and AI Chart Information

Market, chart, asset, simulation, and AI-assisted analysis content shown on the website is general informational and research material only. It is not investment, trading, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice and is not a recommendation or solicitation.

Visitors remain responsible for their own decisions and for consulting qualified advisers where appropriate.

Investment and Partnership Inquiries

Visitors may use the form for genuine business inquiries. Please do not submit trade secrets, confidential information, regulated data, or information they are not authorized to provide.
