Scope

This policy explains how Adaivo, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada, handles personal information submitted through the Adaivo website and partnership inquiry form.

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA where applicable.

Information We Collect

When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect:

• full name;
• work email;
• company or organization;
• inquiry type;
• short message; and
• privacy consent.

How We Use Information

We use the submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential investment or business relationship, and conduct related follow-up communications.

A partnership inquiry is not consent to a general marketing list.

Service Providers and International Processing

Adaivo uses Cloudflare for website hosting and D1 persistence, and Google Workspace, including the Gmail API, to send, receive, and store inquiry notifications containing the inquiry information.

These providers may process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to lawful access under local law.

Retention

Partnership-inquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after submission. We may retain information longer only when reasonably required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or protection of rights. Records are then deleted or securely de-identified.

Safeguards

We use general, reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of storage or transmission is absolutely secure.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions and retention needs. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

We will communicate material updates by posting the revised policy on this page and updating its effective date.
